About the app
CoreA Essentia is an aromatherapy learning and reference tool with an oil atlas, formulas, and related on-device features. It runs mainly on your device; iCloud sync is optional; subscriptions are handled by Apple. It does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment advice.

How do I cancel or manage a subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CoreA Essentia. Refunds follow Apple policy.

How do I restore purchases?
Open the in-app subscription / membership screen, choose Restore Purchases, and sign in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.

What happens after the trial?
Trial timing is shown in-app. Without a subscription after the trial, gated features become unavailable; browsing policies for the atlas follow product settings.

Where is my data?
Mostly on-device. If you enable iCloud, some data may sync per system rules. We do not operate a separate server account store for your formulas.

How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling clears sandbox data; manage iCloud data in system settings; or email muducj@126.com for help. See Privacy Policy §6.

Is essential-oil dosing safe?
In-app information is for learning only and may be incomplete or unsuitable for individuals. For pregnancy, infants, allergies, and similar cases, consult a professional.
